Justin was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and as a US attorney in 1999.

Prior to founding JP Fletcher & Co in June 2001 Justin practised law in the City and in the USA. Justin has extensive litigation and commercial experience working on both sides of the pond. In both London and the USA Justin has been primarily involved in resolving complex commercial disputes as well as advising businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate and commercial matters.

Justin has close and longstanding relationships with many of his clients and is frequently viewed as a trusted advisor. In many instances Justin has assumed a quasi-in-house counsel role providing strategic commercial advice and counsel to his clients.

In addition to being the firm’s managing partner, Justin is the In-House Counsel to RedCloud Technologies Limited, a software development business in the Fintech sector, and is a director of HR Consultancy and Advisory Services Limited, a business which provides an outsourced HR consulting and advisory facility to SME’s.

Justin lives in Hampstead Garden Suburb with his wife and twin boys, James and Charlie. Justin enjoys many outdoor pursuits (as and when the twins permit!) and is a season ticket holder at Saracens.
